Secure Online Ordering

There are many quick and painless ways to order: since you are online right now (a little birdie told us!) simply keep reading for instructions on how to order online. For instructions on how to order by phone, fax, e-mail, or postal mail, please skip ahead to the Other Ways To Order section.

To order from our website, select an item by clicking the "Add To Cart" button. NOTE: Your web browser MUST have "cookies" enabled to add items to your cart.

To add multiple copies of an item, go to the Basket Contents page, enter the number that you'd like, then click "Update." You may remove items from your cart by clicking "Remove."

Once you've finalized your selections, click "Checkout." If you have a pre-existing account, enter your name and password, then click "Login." Otherwise, choose either Create a New Account, or Place Order Without Account.

Next, please fill in the required information fields (Note: New York State residents must pay state taxes on their order, and must select their County of residence from the list provided). Click "Continue," and choose your shipping method (see Shipping Options for more info) and payment method. Enter your credit card information—please note that this is a secure account—then click "Continue." The final screen presents an invoice with your order number. You will receive an an e-mail confirmation, and your order is on on its way!

Shipping Options

U.S.A., Canada & Mexico
Shipping charges are based on the actual weight of the order. Exact charges for shipping will be calculated once order has been completed.

Orders shipped within the United States which total over $100.00 receive free MEDIA MAIL shipping.

Items shipped via Media Mail:
Media Mail service is a cost efficient way to mail books, sound recordings, recorded video tapes, printed music, and recorded computer-readable media (such as CDs and DVDs).
Turntables and other non-media items can not be shipped via Media Mail.

FedEx 2 Day and Overnight available upon request. Email us for a quote.

Overseas
It is our policy to ship all overseas orders via Airmail to insure safe and timely delivery. Overseas customers are responsible to pay for all duties and taxes!

Payment
Acceptable forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal (website only), U.S. dollars (via registered mail), or a bank check drawn on a U.S. bank and payable in U.S. dollars.

 

Sundazed Returns Policy

If you have received damaged or defective merchandise, please return the product within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly replace the merchandise with the same item.

If you have not received your order within three (3) weeks, please notify us so that we may process any necessary insurance claims.

If you have received the wrong item, please use Media Mail to return the item, unopened, within 30 days of receipt. Please include your mailing address, phone number, and the reason for the return. We will send the correct item and refund your return shipping cost.

All foreign customers MUST contact us for a return authorization number BEFORE an item is returned to us! This procedure must be followed in order for us to accept and process your request.

Back-Order & Pre-Order Policies

Items are occasionally out-of-stock. To reduce shipping charges, if your order includes an out-of stock item(s), we will wait until the entire order can be filled before shipping. If for any unforeseen reason an item will not be stocked within two weeks, we will ship any other item you've purchased, and then cancel the remaining item(s). If you would prefer that we ship back-ordered items when they arrive, please let us know (additional shipping charges may apply).
